HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 14 calendar days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship due to high order volume or special releases. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few days for tracking to show movement, depending on the carrier and delays they are experiencing.

NUS is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times. NUS is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs. Shipping will not be refunded in cases of delayed packages.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer flat rate Standard Shipping for $5 for orders in the continental U.S. Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $100 within the continental USA. The shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship internationally and to all the 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO.

If there’s any style, color or size you want that is not online, please email hello@wearenus.com as we may have the item in stock but not on the site.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER?

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON STREETWEAR ITEMS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS?

We allow returns of full price items within 14 days of when the order is shipped. Please check out the sizing chart and order accordingly. We will not accept any returns for wrong sizing or sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If NUS determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you. In that case, you will absorb the shipping charges related to returns.

Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

Note: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not liable for returns or exchanges that are lost in transit. Customers should keep record of tracking information to minimize confusion.

A NOTE ON VINTAGE & UPCYCLED ITEMS

Our vintage and second hand items are carefully curated by us. These items will likely have imperfections due to their pre-loved wear. The colors of items may vary from the product image.

We do our best to include noteworthy flaws, details, and color variations in each vintage product’s description and measurements. Please keep in mind that even after thorough inspection, it is possible that we may miss an imperfection. Examples of imperfections that a vintage or second hand item may retain, include, but are not limited to: pilling, discolorations, small tears, pulls, loose threading, etc.

These are one-a-kind pieces, meaning only one of each item is available.

SIZING OF VINTAGE & UPCYCLED ITEMS

We do our best to suggest a possible size range for each item but these recommendations are not a guarantee. Please refer to approximate measurements that are included in the listings if you have any questions about style or fit.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns for vintage and upcycled products.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON JEWELRY ITEMS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS?

We offer free 7-day returns for all customers in the US. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. We’re not able to offer exchanges for jewelry items at this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without signs of wear or damage, and in its original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included). For a return please reach out to us hello@wearenus.com.

Please keep in mind that an individual item of a set cannot be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set. Customized, engraved and monogrammed products, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of international shipments.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like vintage upcycled items, and custom products such as special orders or personalized items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders, sale items or gift cards. These items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. This includes items purchased using a promo code.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Please contact our team within (1) an hour of your order being placed at hello@wearenus.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume, including Black Friday, we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our NYC studio.
